Cutest racers. EVER.
Half way and still smiling.
The homestretch. I made them run across the finish line. I am mean like that.
The boys did fantastic. They had fun training for our 3 km walk and we really enjoyed the "race". And then for some classic irony we enjoyed hot dogs and hamburgers after. At 9:45 am.
Next year, 5 km!

Way to go, boys! Taking after their Momma :)
Hooray Kami and family! We did a 2.5k fun run last year, I really want to do the full 5k this year, but might stick with the family fun run again, it's in a couple of week so we will have to decide soon.

great job guys!!!
You are doing a good job of sharing your interests with your boys and keeping THEM interested in their world and their health. :) They are such lucky kids - I hope they realize it someday. Hugs to you!
Wow! Congratulations to you but especially to your little boys! You must be so proud of them, they must have felt so great after reaching the finish line! :) They are super cute, too. And you look great! My 3 and a half year old rode his boke to the park for the first time today. I was very proud of him!
That's great Kam! I love how you got them out and involved.
Awesome!!! I really have to get back into it. The tonsillectomy totally ruined me :)
I'm totally trying to figure out how many miles a 3k is. Allo Americain!
Since discovering endurance sports in my mid-30's, I want my girls ot develop a love of fitness and an understanding of how a little physical activity will give them a lifetime of happiness. I wish I figured that out 20 years ago.
Rockin' racer family, what a great thing to do together! I'm impressed and inspired, but I'm eating candy, so thanks for mentioning the apres race cuisine so I don't feel guilty...although I didn't run so maybe I should still feel guilty...
Congrats!!! That looks like so much fun - what a cute little group of runners you guys are - well done!!!
Lord! And I sat around all weekend and ate Red Vines and watched movies with my kids!
Looks like they had a blast.
I love how you made it a family affair! That's wonderful. I think it's SO important to teach your kids to be active too. Great job Kami and boys! : )
You could not have cuter boys....
What a fun family memory! You definitely had some cute runners that day. Did they honestly do the whole 3km WITHOUT WHINING??
